Neuro-Voices Logo Teal Text

Recreate this logo exactly: a silhouette of an African woman's head and shoulders in profile facing right, wearing a vibrant colourful African headwrap (kente/ankara patterns in orange, teal, purple, green, red). A golden arc frames the lower silhouette. Two small golden child silhouettes hold hands beneath the arc on a colourful horizontal rainbow stripe divider bar. Below the divider, the organisation name "Neuro-Voices" in a large elegant serif font (similar to a classic display serif like Playfair Display or IM Fell English), bold weight, in deep teal (#008080 or similar), same size as the original. Below that, "N P C" in small spaced uppercase letters, bold, in deep teal. Below that, a short double underline in teal. Then the tagline "Advocating for Neurodiversity & Inclusion" in a medium italic serif font, bold, in deep teal, same size as original. White background. Square format 1254x1254.
