Neuro-Voices Logo Teal Text

Recreate this logo exactly: a silhouette of an African woman's head in profile facing right, with a colourful patterned headwrap in teal, orange, green, purple and gold. Below the silhouette is a golden arc, with two small golden child figures holding hands underneath. Below that is a horizontal multicolour stripe bar (pink, orange, teal, purple, blue). The text "Neuro-Voices" appears below in a bold serif font in teal (#00796B). Below that, "N P C" in bold teal (#00796B) spaced out, with a short teal underline beneath it. Below that, in the same teal bold italic serif font, "Advocating for Neurodiversity & Inclusion". The background is transparent (PNG). Keep all proportions, sizes, and font styles identical to the original — only the text colour changes from dark brown/maroon and purple to teal (#00796B).
